Year of the Horse Chili Oil Gift Set
大都会 x 君子食堂
限量版马年辣椒油礼盒
This limited-edition duo celebrates the 2026 Lunar New Year with two distinct chili oils: junzi’s signature Original Chili Oil, and an exclusive Sancai Chili Oil inspired by the famed three-color glaze of Tang Dynasty ceramics.
The Sancai Chili Oil is infused with ingredients chosen for their symbolic flavors and colors: floral Sichuan green peppercorn (green), bright white pepper (white), and aged Premium Pingan Chen tangerine peel 平安陈 (amber). Sourced from one of the oldest Traditional Chinese Medicine pharmacies in Hong Kong, this tangerine peel brings rich citrus depth to this aromatic blend.
The Original Chili Oil is a junzi house signature: small-batch, spicy, and handcrafted with a mix of single origin Tianjin chilis and cayenne pepper, balanced with a splash of Zhejiang vinegar and a touch of brown sugar.
Together, they honor the spirit and elegance of the horse — a symbol of strength, achievement, and grace in Chinese culture.
