Aged citrus peels have played a critical role in traditional Chinese medicine for centuries, and Hong Kong Ping An Tang’s dry-aged tangerine tea sets the highest standard. Savor it on its own or add it to your favorite tea blend.
Brewing Instructions
- Rinse the dry-aged tangerine peel in 50ml hot water for 10 seconds
- Brew in 300–500ml 200°F hot water for 3 minutes
- Refill with more hot water and enjoy 3–5 more times
- After brewing, the remaining peels are great additions to stock
Ingredients: single-origin dry-aged tangerine peels from Xinhui, 10-year (东甲圈枝) and 3-year (纯枝)
